DTC provides a broad spectrum of IT services and solutions to federal, state and local government clients including Project Management, Systems Architecture Design and Engineering, Enterprise Business Process and Software Development, PKI, Systems and Data Security, Quality Assurance and Testing, Configuration Management and Enterprise Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 Help Desk Support.

DTC provides information technology support services to the Defense Logistics Agency at five locations nationwide. These services include critical IT support to the DLA call center for help desk, end user support, network administration and server administration.

DTC has been the prime vendor since 2004 providing program management and technical expertise to The Pennsylvania Justice Network that integrates and manages the communication of Criminal Justice information for municipal, county and state criminal justice agencies. This project has received technical awards for outstanding innovation.
